🤓 I’ve spent 7 years as a Product Manager, most recently at Semble building healthcare software that actually makes sense (true interoperability – wild concept, right?). Across B2B, enterprise, and education spaces, I learned one crucial thing: I don’t need all the answers, I just need to know the right questions to ask.

🤫 Last year, I quietly left product management to become a full-time career coach.

🏅 For the past 6 years, I’ve coached 100+ people through career transitions and leadership challenges. It started because I can’t stand small talk – I’d rather have one meaningful conversation than ten surface-level chats. People kept coming back for advice, and eventually it clicked: my superpower is helping people find clarity in chaos.
