We’ll build real confidence step by step, in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and actually sticks. You’ll join monthly 60-minute live group calls + AMAs in between to keep up the momentum, complete weekly prompts + challenges, and get practical tools to practice and grow — without the overwhelm.

Month 1: Show Up
Confidence isn’t one-size-fits-all. This month is about finding what confidence looks like for you and starting to use your voice in small, safe ways that build momentum. You’ll:

✔️ Start speaking up in low-stakes spaces where it feels safe to practice
✔️ Share your ideas with the group and get kind, constructive feedback

Month 2: Speak Up
You know your stuff — but when it’s time to speak, it gets stuck in your throat. This month we’ll turn that around by helping you:
✔️ Communicate your value clearly (so you never stumble on “so… what do you think?”)
✔️ Lead your team and manage up without feeling intimidated
✔️ Reframe the fear of being “too much” or “not enough”

Month 3: Stand Out (Quietly)
Now it’s about being heard and recognised — without shouting. By the end of this month, you’ll:
✔️ Share your wins without feeling like you’re bragging
✔️ Get people genuinely excited about your work (without a pitch)
✔️ Build a personal confidence practice to keep growing long after we’re done
