TL;DR
You’re smart. You do good work. People even say you’re “great to have on the team.”
So why does it feel like your ideas vanish the second they leave your mouth?
Maybe you:
🤫 Stay quiet in meetings because you don’t want to sound stupid (even though you know your stuff)
🥶 Freeze up in high-stakes moments — the big presentation, the 1:1 with your boss, the chance to ask for more
👀 Watch louder colleagues get credit (and promotions) while you keep your head down
🗣️ Get told to “just be more confident” as if that’s an actual strategy
You don’t need to change your personality. You don’t need to shout louder. And you definitely don’t need another empty pep talk.
Here’s what’s actually happening: when the stakes feel high, your nervous system shifts into threat mode. Thinking narrows. Words are harder to access. The timing to speak feels permanently off.
It’s not a personality flaw. It’s biology — and it’s completely fixable. Not through willpower or performance, but through practice and the right tools.
That’s exactly what the Quietly Confident Club is built for.
THIS ISN’T A PILOT. IT’S A PROVEN PROGRAMME
QCC has a 100% completion rate and every single participant finished more confident than when they started. Past participants have spoken up in senior meetings for the first time and landed more job interviews. Here’s what they said:
“QCC gave me the tools I needed to practice confidence incrementally and speak up a ton more than before. Speaking up more in meetings, silencing the inner critic with reframes, setting healthy boundaries have been the most significant changes I’ve seen in myself. You don’t need to be loud and boisterous to be confident!”
— Ana, Director of Product
“It’s a pretty monumental change to be honest. I feel like I can handle difficult situations without getting as flustered. Case in point: stranded in my car a couple of hours before an important interview. Bang for buck, especially from a time perspective, this programme has been so valuable. Since October I’ve been in a job search group that meets weekly for 60–90 minutes. Despite running half the time and meeting half as often, I feel I’ve accomplished 10 or even 20x as much here.”
– Sam, Senior Product Manager
WHO THIS IS FOR
Mid-to-senior tech professionals who are capable, thoughtful, and quietly frustrated.
Not for you if:
- You want scripts to memorise rather than tools to internalise.
- You’re looking to become a louder, more ‘alpha’ version of yourself.
- You won’t make 1–2 hours between calls to practise in the real world.

HOW IT WORKS
12 weeks. Fortnightly live group calls. Weekly confidence experiments in the real world.
Deliberately small (a maximum of 20 people per cohort) so you’re not lost in the noise.
We’ll build real confidence step by step, in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and actually sticks. You’ll join monthly 60-minute live group calls + AMAs in between to keep up the momentum, complete weekly prompts + challenges, and get practical tools to practice and grow — without the overwhelm.
September 2026 cohort details:
✓ Starts: Monday 7 September 2026
✓ Finishes: Monday 23 November 2026
✓ Live calls: Mondays, fortnightly — 6 sessions + a wrap-up/celebration call
✓ Community: Private async space with weekly prompts and check-ins
Here’s your 3-month roadmap:
Month 1: Show Up
Confidence isn’t one-size-fits-all. This month is about finding what confidence looks like for you and starting to use your voice in small, safe ways that build momentum. You’ll:
✔️ Learn your personal confidence blueprint (no generic “just speak louder” advice)
✔️ Start speaking up in low-stakes spaces where it feels safe to practice
✔️ Share your ideas with the group and get kind, constructive feedback
Month 2: Speak Up
You know your stuff — but when it’s time to speak, it gets stuck in your throat. This month we’ll turn that around by helping you:
✔️ Communicate your value clearly (so you never stumble on “so… what do you think?”)
✔️ Lead your team and manage up without feeling intimidated
✔️ Reframe the fear of being “too much” or “not enough”
Month 3: Stand Out (Quietly)
Now it’s about being heard and recognised — without shouting. By the end of this month, you’ll:
✔️ Share your wins without feeling like you’re bragging
✔️ Get people genuinely excited about your work (without a pitch)
✔️ Build a personal confidence practice to keep growing long after we’re done

WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY
“I think QCC is like a Couch to 5K for confidence. I now feel I’m at a good level — and I know what I could do to go further if I wanted to. In hindsight I had a bit of scepticism that the length of the programme would be enough to show results. Based on where I am now, I really shouldn’t have.”
— Sam, Senior Product Manager
“I now have more awareness of where my confidence shrinks and grows, why and how to nurture it. There are important things that you can learn about confidence-building even though you’re generally confident enough to speak up. “
– Goldie, Operations Manager
FAQS (aka things you’re probably wondering but haven’t asked yet)
Sessions aren’t recorded — to protect privacy and encourage presence. But you’ll receive all the prompts, guidance, and reflections asynchronously so you can stay in the loop and on track.
A little! Think of it more like low-lift challenges and reflection prompts. Expect to spend 1–2 hours between calls putting things into practice — and celebrating what goes well.
Absolutely. This program was designed for people who don’t feel confident yet and I do everything in my power to create an inclusive environment. You don’t need to show up polished or “ready”, just willing to practice in a supportive space. The group is small, kind, and here to help you grow at your own pace.
Not at all. I’m UK-based but I welcome people from around the world. As long as time zones overlap, you’re in.
Yes, especially if you freeze or overthink what to say. We’ll practice ways to prep ahead, speak up without stress, and build confidence in your delivery without pretending to be someone you’re not.
Honestly? Same. That’s why this isn’t fluff, mindset memes, or performative hype. It’s grounded in real neuroscience, research, gentle accountability, and building momentum one small step at a time. If it doesn’t work in the real world, it’s not in the programme.
Yes. The Quietly Confident Club isn’t about giving TED Talks. It’s about everyday confidence: speaking up in meetings, advocating for your ideas, not feeling like you can’t be yourself in social situations, and communicating impact without forcing yourself to be someone you’re not.
WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH
✅ A confidence toolkit you can actually use at work — not just read about
✅ Weekly check-ins to celebrate wins (and gently nudge you forward)
✅ Tools to manage up and advocate for your team without going full TED Talk
✅ A voice that gets heard — without needing to dominate
✅ A strategy to communicate impact in a way that feels genuine
✅ Comfort with public speaking (or at least less dread)
✅ Tactics to get others excited about your work — without “selling yourself”
✅ A small community that sees you, supports you, and reminds you: you’ve got this
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE THE LOUDEST IN THE ROOM TO BE THE MOST IMPACTFUL
But right now, the room isn’t hearing you the way it should. Confidence isn’t about shouting. It’s about showing up, with clarity, calm, and a voice that feels like your own.
The September cohort is capped at 20 people per time slot. Once it’s full, it’s full. Waitlist gets first access when enrolment opens on 18 August 2026
